Every two weeks I answer one question from the executives and leaders I work with in The Messy Middle with Max. The questions that keep coming back become the issues.

Some of them nobody wants to ask in a comment thread. My IT department won't let me use this. I don't understand what I'm buying. I'm worried about what this means for my team. Those are the good ones, and they're the ones that never get asked out loud.
